Who Are The “Award Winning” Wellbeing Leaders?
At Wellbeing Leaders, we began with a bold vision: to pioneer wellbeing leadership change in UAE workplaces. Our core principle is simple—transforming work into a space where wellbeing and leadership are at the forefront. Why do we do this? Because we believe that the foundation of any successful organisation is not just the wellbeing of its people, but also the strength of its leaders.
Both of us, Charlotte and Sam have seen our share of wellbeing struggles. We’ve both battled with burnout and depression and the dark place that takes you, we’ve both battled with the balancing act that comes with leading large teams and being a small business owner. And, we both strongly believe in the cause of pioneering lasting change through strong leadership and effective wellbeing strategies.
Initially, our focus was on integrating wellbeing practices directly into workplace cultures, setting new standards for what it means to be truly 'well at work.' Today, we've expanded our mission. Not only do we continue to be pioneers in transforming workplaces, but we also dedicate ourselves to supporting the very champions of these initiatives—Wellbeing Leaders like you, who are at the forefront of leadership and wellbeing.
We've crafted a community specifically for internal Wellbeing Leaders. It's a place where you can connect, collaborate, and continue to grow confidence—both professionally and personally. Here, you'll find peers who are not just sharing your challenges and ambitions but are also striving to become even better leaders in wellbeing at their organisations. Together, we’re not just part of the movement for better workplace well-being; we’re leading it.
Our commitment goes beyond just conversation. We provide tools, resources, and exclusive events designed to empower you to be the catalyst for leadership and well-being change in your own settings. From webinars to workshops, from think tanks to networking events, Wellbeing Leaders is your go-to hub for all things related to well-being and leadership development. We’re hitting the ground running in 2025, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring you along for the ride!
Expanding to Abu Dhabi: By popular demand, we’re launching our first sessions in Abu Dhabi next month! Don’t worry—Dubai remains home base, and we’re thrilled to kick off the year in a brand-new venue this January.
Meet Our Ambassadors: This year, you’ll get to connect with our newly appointed Wellbeing Leader Ambassadors—champions of this movement who’ve been with us from day one. Trust us, you’ll want to rub shoulders with these pros.
Bigger, Better Mastermind Sessions: Expect more impactful, interactive, and action-driven mastermind sessions designed to help you spark real change in your organizations.
Community, Connection, and Collaboration: While we’ll sprinkle in some fun social events throughout the year, our focus remains on delivering as much value as humanly possible. You’ll feel fully supported and part of a growing movement of Wellbeing Leaders who truly get it.
And because we love a good surprise… we’ll stop there before we spill too many details.
Just know that Q1 will bring some special treats, and Q3—well, let’s just say we’re planning something groundbreaking for workplace wellbeing leaders. You won’t want to miss it.
2025 is going to be packed with opportunities to get involved, grow, connect, and most importantly—lead with vitality. Let’s make this your best year yet.

Practical Tip: Leading others well and with vitality, often starts with being clear on your own purpose. Where is your leadership style heading? How are you doing against that target, and what (if anything) do you need to adjust to ensure you stay on this heading?
The new calendar year often comes with a sense of rendered possibilities and vigour, so take this time to check in with yourself and reflect on your direction and purpose.
A quick exercise to do this is below!
Find yourself a quiet spot, and get comfortable. Close your eyes if you feel comfortable, and imagine yourself at the end of 2025. You’ve had an incredibly successful year, things have fallen in to place and your targets, both personal and professional have been met. You feel accomplished and grateful.
Then, look back along the year, what key decisions did you make to lead to this success? What key inflexion points were there?
Take 3-5 minutes to walk along the timeline of your year, in your mind’s eye.
Then, open your eyes and write. You can time yourself if you need a boundary for writing (suggest 5 minutes), but get everything you can out of your head and answer.
Where were you at the end of the year?
What made it successful?
What decisions do you now need to make?
Is this aligned with your greater heading?
If not, what adjustments do you need to make?
